Day/Session Rate:

The Day Rate is based on an eight (8) consecutive hour day, including prep, reasonable breaks and one (1) hour for lunch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Due (for Services performed in California):

Immediately due upon receipt of an invoice, or preferably in advance of the booking. Any use of Model or Talent’s name, likeness, performance or other identifying information is limited to the specific rights granted in the Booking Agreement provided at time of booking. Any such use is unauthorized until payment is received in full.

Cancellation Policy on confirmed bookings:

(1) Within forty-eight (48) hours, full fee.
(2) Within five (5) business days, half fee, which can be credited to future booking if rescheduled within twenty-four (24) hours of cancellation, otherwise half-fee.

Weather Permit:

For same day cancellation of Confirmed Bookings:
(1) Half-fee, if services are rescheduled within twelve (12) hours of cancellation.
(2) Full-fee, if services are not rescheduled.

Weather permit cancellations made earlier are subject to normal cancellation policy.
